Serious Moment

 

I would like to take a serious moment to tell you all how much I love MACORONI AND CHEESE thank you for letting me get that out. Its been weighing heavily on me for a while now and I feel so much lighter now that it’s off my chest

 

Here is some delicious photo-ey goodness as to why I’m so in love with the stuff – let me count the reasons:

 

Reason #1 – Mac N Cheese from Latona – all white cheese with bacon and mushrooms…you read that correctly, BACON and MUSHROOMS

 

 

I feel like I might have to submit that picture to the site "This is Why You’re Fat" cause really, it’s true. Really.

 

Reason #2 – My favoritest – Truffle Mac N Cheese from Olives in Edmonds. I would be lost in this life without it…I’m serious. It’s. That. Amazing.

 

 

Ok, now my mouth parts are watering….

 

Reason #3 – I make a kickass home version – it is mostly yellow cheeses instead of white, but please, don’t let that distract you from the gorgeousness that is Kerstin’s Home Cooking I pretty much have baking cupcakes and making homemade mac n cheese in the bag!

 

 

It had truffle oil in it too…

 

Ok, so I like how I’m torturing myself with this…it’s 10am and if I don’t have mac n cheese STAT I might explode.
